New Windows and Doors for existing homes
Insert Windows
This may be a good option if your existing wooden joinery is sound and you want to retain the style of your house. It is not possible to add insert windows to rotten frames.
Replacement Windows
This is likely to be a great option if you want to change the look of your home. Everything is new and manufactured and supplied to meet the current building code.
Retrofit Double Glazing
An option if you have single glazed aluminium joinery and want to improve the thermal efficiency and comfort of your home. We cannot supply retrofit products for wooden frames.

At New WAD we understand the intricacies of working with a body corporate or helping landlords secure commercial tenancies where fit out is important. We can work with you to understand your requirements for non-standard joinery including shop fronts, automatic doors, fire egress etc.
We can work through options with a body corporate to ensure that property owners are involved in the process and understand the costs involved in their project. We are able to work with other trades to optimise the use of scaffolding. If your job is a bigger job with multiple trades, you don’t want to be paying more than you need to.
